Our aim is to help maintain independence and provide personalised support and care in a dignified & compassionate manner.
From home visiting for a cup of tea, lunch to social occasions in the community such as cafe outings, lunches, shopping trips or to keep medical, allied health or hairdressing appointments.
Support with showering, grooming and personal care. This can include supervision of medications, assistance with eating and dressing. This is individual care and attention to complete the tasks that are so important to our health and well-being.
Basic household cleaning of low intensity.
Are provided to improve safety, accessibility and independence within the home environment. Simple modifications can include, installing grab rails, removal of shower screens, slip resistant flooring, removal of shower hobs, lever taps and widening doorways etc.
Are provided to educate and maintain good health practices, delivery of treatments and care that improve your capacity to self-manage, and to monitor your medically diagnosed clinical conditions.
This service is for the carers of others who need some time to themselves with the knowledge that their loved one is being cared for and is safe. Respite is provided in your own home.
Access to taxi vouchers using our local Kased Kabs service to maintain your independence and connection to community events and activities.

Care Norfolk Inc. provides Wetls on Wheels (Meals on Wheels) services to clients on the Island with a dedicated group of volunteers. Wetls on Wheels is a weekly meal service delivered to your home, or purchased directly from our office which provides healthy and nutritious meals to clients.

Services that can be provided to clients who have more complex needs of a higher intensity.
Care Norfolk Inc. has an amazing team of disability support workers who provide assistance with daily life, participation in community, social and recreational activities, and short-term accommodation programs to people with disability on island.
This schedule applies to all CHSP (government subsidised) care recipients.
