Meals on wheels website information
A selection of 22 main meals (frozen) and 6 desserts which can be delivered to your home every Wednesday or purchased directly from our office.
This service is funded by the Australian Government Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). To understand the eligibility requirements for any of our services, please contact us on 22396 or come into our office at 106 Taylors Road.
Meals can be accessed in two ways.
1. Frozen meals delivered to your door every Wednesday as per the weekly menu or
2. Choose directly from our whole range of meals Monday to Friday at our office.
Eligibility requirements for accessing Wetls on Wheels are:
· Determined by My Aged Care assessment process.
· A client of Care Norfolk.
· An ordinary resident of Norfolk Island.
Meals are designed for seniors requiring a nutritious and balanced diet who would otherwise not be able to access one on a regular basis.
