Maybe you can't always be there for your loved one, but we can.

How do we provide the support you need ?

Perhaps your loved one may have recently been discharged from a hospital stay and they now need some assistance with cooking, cleaning, laundry and transportation.

You may have come to understand that they are now less mobile and are experiencing greater challenges with activities of daily living. Or perhaps they are living with early stages of dementia and could benefit from some ongoing help with medication reminders as well as companionship support.

To us, each Care Norfolk client is unique and we are dedicated to creating a personal and supportive care package for the individual needs of all those we care for on the island.

We know that with time, things do change for our loved ones and we pledge our commitment and support to families and clients as and when it is needed.

In our own home environment we naturally feel safe and secure. Holding onto this feeling and comfort is particularly important when we age. Gentle ongoing support is provided by our care support workers which may initially involve a bit of home help and companionship. This allows for your loved one to live safely, independently and comfortably in their own home.
